What is LeadVantage?
LeadVantage is a system built to provide lead and list ordering capabilities in a single place. The system provides agents access to build consumer lists from Infogroup and create Internet and Live Call Transfer lead orders. The products in LeadVantage are scrubbed to help keep agents compliant.
Is LeadVantage an internal or external solution?
LeadVantage is an internal Allstate platform for purchasing leads and lists.
Why would an agent using Lead Manager want LeadVantage?
LeadVantage allows for ‘waste’ to be removed prior to lists entering Lead Manager. If an agent wants 200 callable records, they can order 200 callable records from LeadVantage.
Once a list is generated, what can be done with it?
Lists can be automatically delivered in one of three ways based on account settings and list order preferences or manually delivered within seven days of creation:
- Directed into Lead Manager accounts
- Download in a .csv format
- Directed into RoboAgent or Quoteburst accounts for bulk quoting

What is the maximum amount of records an agent can pull at one time?
10,000 records is the maximum number of records per list order. If the list is a ‘Callable Only’ list, the maximum count per order is reduced to 999. We recommend that the agent pull the number of leads they believe they can work through within a week.
Each time an agent runs a list, is it blocked from other agents to download/access? If so, for how long?
The deduplication process is only for lists generated within each agency, not across agencies. This means that all agencies have opportunity to receive the same data, but the lists are deduplicated within agencies, to ensure the most unique opportunities possible.
Any leads individually sold to an agency are suppressed for 60-days from all lists generated after the lead was delivered to the purchasing agency.
What filtering capabilities does LeadVantage provide?
- Consumer filters around income and age
- Home filters around housing type, home value, and home age
- Auto filters around auto age and number of vehicles within the household
- Compliance filters which remove Allstate current customers, consumers on the Allstate and Federal DNC files, and deduplication across multiple list orders. In addition, you can create callable only lists.
- Ability to schedule list orders to generate in the future
How long does it take a list to generate?
It really depends on the size of the list and the order design. Typically, it completes in 2-15 minutes.
Does LeadVantage scrub weekly?
LeadVantage does not scrub weekly. It scrubs files once at the time of list order generation and is available for download for seven days. Files downloaded from LeadVantage should be scrubbed by the agency weekly after the seven day-expiration date (unless loaded into Lead Manager, which scrubs files weekly for the agency).
If an agent generates a list but is not able to call all prospects on the list, would you recommend rerunning the list every seven days?
It is recommended that the agent only run a list that they can work and call within seven days. If an agent cannot call all the records on a list by the expiration date, the agent should scrub the list on Gateway to re-validate DNC compliance. If an agent works leads in Lead Manager, that platform will scrub the records weekly for the agent, keeping them compliant.
